You fell in love with Telluride, now fall in love with your smile.

(Actual patient)

What can I expect my first visit?

We are committed to providing a pleasant, and unique experience for each patient as if they were family.

Whether you are looking for routine care or a complete smile makeover, we welcome new patients into our practice! When you contact our office for your initial appointment, expect to be heard, accommodated, and understood. We will ask you a few questions to best address any possible dental needs and find a time for your initial exam and cleaning.

We are a wellness-centered practice. This means that we emphasize the prevention and treatment of dental disease as a means to maintaining overall health. During your initial exam, we will consider not only the health of your teeth and gums, but also your bite, joints, and how all of these might work together to optimize your systemic well-being.

Your initial appointment will include:

  • A thorough review of medical and dental histories

  • A comprehensive dental examination that addresses joint and occlusal health, condition of teeth and gums, and obtains any necessary radiographs

  • Time with our doctors to discuss relevant findings as well as discuss any concerns or treatment goals

  • A dental cleaning, if you’d like to schedule one along with your exam

Before your appointment

Once you have scheduled your initial appointment, please fill out the following health and dental history forms. If you are up to date on dental X-rays from another office and would like to have those sent to us, please make arrangements before you appointment.

For payment and billing information, please see our Financial Options page.
