MEET DR. RYAN P. GRADY
Dr. Grady established his practice in Telluride in 2009. Dr. Grady realized he wanted to pursue a career path that allowed him opportunities to serve people on a daily basis while utilizing his artistic skills. He strives to maintain a relaxed environment offering a wide variety of dental services from dental implant to full mouth cosmetic restorations.
Dr. Grady is not new to the field of cosmetic dentistry. He has taken numerous post-graduate courses from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and other seminars. He has also completed courses in implant placement, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, and operative dentistry. Dr. Grady is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Western Colorado Dental Society. At the Telluride Center for Dentistry it our goal to connect with every patient on a personal level, listen to their needs, and provide the best dental care possible in a relaxed and family like environment.
In addition to his education and professional pursuits, Dr. Grady is affiliated with the San Miguel Search and Rescue Team and the Telluride Elks Lodge. Dr. Grady enjoys his time with his two boys Declan and Caven. He also continues his love for fitness, the outdoors, camping, fishing, mountain biking, rafting, and traveling.
MEET DR. ALEXANDRA ARNOLD
Dr. Alexandra is thrilled to be practicing in Telluride! She grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, before earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry at the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her dental degree at the University of Kentucky, finishing with highest honors and awards in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral medicine. Afterwards, she completed an advanced post-doctoral training program in Augusta, Georgia, focusing on dental implants, sedation dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
Dr. Alexandra mirrors Dr. Grady’s passion for patient-focused, exceptional dentistry. She loves all aspects of general dentistry, especially esthetics, endodontics, and dental implants. She is passionate about continuing education and is involved with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Spear Education, and the Kois Center. In addition, Dr. Alexandra is highly engaged with the Give Back a Smile Foundation, which provides dental work for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alexandra is playing in the mountains, adventuring with her Boston Terrier named Georgie, or planning her next travel adventure.
MEET DR. CHARLES ALEXANDER
Telluride Center for Dentistry is excited to announce that Dr. Charles Alexander will be coming to our office once a month to see Orthodontic patients.

Dr. Alexander earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, where he loosened a few teeth as an Academic All-American defensive back on the Red Raider football team.
After obtaining his D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, he earned his M.S.D. in 1990 from the University of Washington, Seattle, one of the top orthodontic residency programs in the nation.
Dr. Alexander has lectured in several states, as well as in Germany, Turkey, Mexico, Canada and Russia. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and has published many articles in orthodontic journals. The Alexander Discipline is an organization that is founded on the principles which Dr. Chuck’s father has developed over the 50 years of his orthodontic practice. Orthodontists all over the world follow these principles and the teachings of the Alexander Discipline.
