

Alexandra H. Arnold, DMD
Dr. Alexandra grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, before earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry at the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her dental degree at the University of Kentucky, finishing with highest honors and awards in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral medicine. Afterwards, she completed an advanced post-doctoral training program in Augusta, Georgia, focusing on dental implants, sedation dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
Dr. Alexandra mirrors Dr. Grady’s passion for patient-focused, exceptional dentistry. She loves all aspects of general dentistry, especially esthetics, endodontics, and dental implants. She is passionate about continuing education and is involved with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Spear Education, and the Kois Center. In addition, Dr. Alexandra is highly engaged with the Give Back a Smile Foundation, which provides dental work for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alexandra is playing in the mountains, adventuring with her Boston Terrier named Georgie, or planning her next travel adventure.
