Dr. Kathleen L. Baltz, DDS, MS has been specializing in Endodontic therapy since 1989. Her undergraduate degree was earned at the College of Wooster in Ohio and both her DDS degree and Master’s degree were earned at the University of Michigan. Her practice in Michigan was on the leading edge of developing advanced root canal techniques and the first in the Midwest to utilize and advocate the use of high power microscopes for use in endodontic therapy. As a nine-partner practice participating as adjunct professors at the University of Michigan, they became a driving force in facilitating the transition from traditional to advanced endodontic technique at that institution.
Kathleen had a love of the mountains and the outdoors that eventually brought her to Denver, where she delivered care in a specialty group practice for several years. Chasing down the dream of living in Telluride to ski, hike, mountain bike and trail run with her dog, she arrived here two years ago to settle down for good. Her passion for teaching, and providing compassionate, state of the art care has brought her back to the endodontics at Telluride Center for Dentistry to serve in this small mountain community.
Kathleen is truly grateful to have this opportunity and looks forward to providing you with a positive, personal dental experience.
