Administrative Team 

Kailey Ranta Grady, CPA

Kailey is the wife of Dr. Grady and the foundation of our practice. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and later earned her CPA license. She has developed her expertise in accounting and management throughout her professional career. Kailey is a wonderful wife and mother who also keeps Telluride Center for Dentistry running at top notch.

Lori Merrick, Team Coordinator

Lori grew up in a Navy family and is a U.S. Air Force veteran herself, who worked in a fighter jet test and evaluation squadron. After the military, she pursued a career in medical management. She has 18 years of medical experience and five years of dental experience to help our practice run smoothly. Lori resides in Rico with her husband and son, and she often visits her college-aged daughter. Lori loves the positive staff and friendly patient dynamic at Telluride Center for Dentistry.

Jessica Smith, Administrative Assistant

Jessica grew up on the Western Slope in Norwood, Colorado. After graduating from the Vista Charter School in Montrose, Colorado she received credits for Early Childhood Education from Northwestern Community College. Jessica worked in preschool education before entering the dental field. She never expected she would end up working in dentistry, but has always had a passion for working with and helping people. She loves working at the Telluride Center for Dentistry as the whole staff is friendly and really dedicated to what they do. “I am very lucky to have this experience working in such an amazing environment.”

Ashley Berard, Administrative Assistant

Ashley was born and raised in Portland, OR where she attended Portland State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health, and a minor in Business Administration. After spending a summer in Alaska, and adventuring down the Grand Canyon, she stumbled upon Telluride in 2009. Ashley has spent the last 4 years working as an optician, and is excited to dive into the field of dentistry. She enjoys disc golf, fly fishing, and traveling. It always feels good to leave this little box canyon, and even better to come back. Ashley loves her co workers and is excited to be a part of such an amazing team!
